NIT's non-refundable application fee is Tshs. 10,000. In addition, the applicants of PSV, HGV, Industrial, and VIP courses pay a Tshs. 20,000 pre-test fee and should pass the test before applying for courses.

Submit the following documents to the Registrar’s office on admission day for you to be registered:

- The letter of invitation to join NIT (admission letter)
- A duly filled medical examination form
